The focus of this event is to enable those who engage in workshops, trainings and meetings to enhance their abilities and provide a more complete understanding of the underlying processes at work in a workshop/group setting. This enhances the design of both the structure and content of workshops, presentations and meetings (both face to face and virtual) to facilitate success. Based on models gathered from successful facilitators and presenters the event provides in-depth knowledge of what works and why with the content focused on not just ‘what to do’ but how and why to do it.
- This workshop enables participants to have understanding of the underlying processes at work in a workshop/group setting to enable the design of both the structure and content of workshops, presentations and meetings (both face to face and virtual) to facilitate success.
- It provides models, skill enhancement and knowledge to enable the establishment of sound relationship with internal and external clients. This enables participants to identify, and contract with, the sponsor/s or stakeholders for success, setting a sound foundation for the event – starting with the ideal end in mind. It further enables participants to identify specific objectives of key participants and any potential obstacles to success.
- The skills covered facilitate the engagement of the client in the content and process of an event to ensure ownership and commitment to the end solutions offered, actions defined and decisions made.
