The focus of this event is to enable those who engage in workshops, trainings and handsmeetings to enhance their abilities and provide a more complete understanding of the underlying processes at work in a workshop/group setting. This enhances the design of both the structure and content of workshops, presentations and meetings (both face to face and virtual) to facilitate success. Based on models gathered from successful facilitators and presenters the event provides in-depth knowledge of what works and why with the content focused on not just ‘what to do’ but how and why to do it.
